Job Title: HR Admin Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing full spectrum of HR administrative support
- Arranging of interviews for hirers and executives
- Coordinating of training and company events
- Handling all applications, renewals and cancellation of work permits
- Handling payroll administration
- Preparing employment letters if needed
- Other HR admin duties as assigned by reporting officer
- Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma/NITEC in HRM and Business Administration
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Meticulous, self-motivated and independent with minimal supervision
Working Hours: 5 Days 9am to 6pm
