Job Title: HR Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
  • Providing full spectrum of HR administrative support
  • Arranging of interviews for hirers and executives
  • Coordinating of training and company events
  • Handling all applications, renewals and cancellation of work permits
  • Handling payroll administration
  • Preparing employment letters if needed
  • Other HR admin duties as assigned by reporting officer
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma/NITEC in HRM and Business Administration
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
  • Meticulous, self-motivated and independent with minimal supervision
Salary: $1800-$2000
Working Hours: 5 Days 9am to 6pm
Location: Ayer Rajah
