Job Title: Sale Executive

Job Functions:
Strategic Planning:-
  • Plan appropriate in-store promotions and work closely with the stores’ personnel on their sales events’ mechanics and media exposure if any
  • Plan and monitor the overall sales strategies for the stores and to develop each store to their full potential
  • Apply resources strategically to achieve sales targets; it includes manpower allocation, merchandise allocation, promotion events and POS materials
  • Periodical evaluation of each counter’s performances and review the strategies to improve sales, presentation and merchandising
Sales Operation:-
  • Build strong business relations with our trade customers to gain goodwill and create sales opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance weekly/periodically to take corrective actions when necessary
  • To support any ad-hoc sales activities in the stores, for example: close door events
Inventory Management and Merchandise Allocation:-
  • Allocate the right merchandise to the right store according to their unique positioning and profiles for any new and existing merchandise
  • Allocate sales and clearance items to the stores base on each in-store’s promotional events
Manpower Management:-
  • Recruit, train and guide Sales Promoters to excel in their duties and to contribute productively to the department
  • Looking into staff’s SWOT, to propose for courses to upgrade them accordingly
  • To complete monthly payroll for part timers: check promoters’ worked hours, commission and input these amount for accounts department
Additional Duties:-
  • Assist PR department with web setup requirement on product information
  • Meet up with media personnel with Marianne on their updates of submission progress
  • Sourcing of seamstress to order make to measure uniforms for sales promoters
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Well-groomed with pleasant personality and positive working attitude
  • Independent, mature
  • Salary up to $2900

Job Title: Pre-Sale Tech Support

Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide pre-sales technical support and to assist customers on technical matters by proposing solutions and technical support to system integrators, developers and end-users.
  • To handle project management for solution i.e. to handle projects and coordination among divisions by communicating with our regional sales companies and Japan head office.
  • To manage system integrator i.e. to plan and conduct technical workshop including programming, on site technical support and provide good advice.
  • To engage with end user i.e. to visit and propose solutions by presentation and demonstration of our products, and understand customer’s requirements and needs through effective communication.
  • To be involved in product launch which includes planning and conducting product training and to perform market surveys in order to identify local market trends and needs.
  • To prepare presentation and demonstration materials for above-mentioned activities for new and existing corporate and government customers and system integrator on business product range and new product.
  • To develop on products that meets customer’s requirements. And test on customer’s system environment.
  • To conduct evaluation for various equipment/media and compile result into detail technical report.
  • Report writing.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Studies or equivalent from recognized institution
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preference will be given to those who have experience in iOS/Andriod/Windows/Web development
  • Must have software development experience
  • Must be willing to travel and meet customer
  • Must have good presentation and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented
