Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Description:
- Work according to production plan and maintain operational efficiency
- Carry out in process measurements, maintain product quality and report any deviations to respective personnel
- Monitor process/machines and troubleshoot/report any deviations to respective personnel
- Maintain the plant clean, organized and safe by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Education in ITE or Diploma in precision engineering or any related discipline
- Experience in metal industry (Cold rolling mill, Strip annealing, Pickling, Levelling or Slitting machines)
- Knowledge of LEAN management (KAIZEN, 5S & OEE)
- Committed, self-starter and team player
- Good in analyzing and solving problems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Willingness to learn and educate others
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and perform overtime on weekdays and weekends

Job Title: Singapore Manufacturing Associate
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Formulation of bulk biochemical reagents for internal and external customers in a laboratory environment
- Maintain general laboratory organization and availability of laboratory supplies.
- Routine testing and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Inventory control of reagents, chemicals and supplies using proper labeling and computerized transactions.
- Able to perform rotating shift work
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Educational Background:

- Basic chemistry, math and analytical skills required.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Must be very detail oriented
- Experience in handling enzymes and antibodies is a plus
- Experience in using PH meter, conductivity meter, refractometer, viscometer,
osmometer, UV/Vis Spectrophotometer or Nanodrop is a plus
- Knowledge of ISO13485, ISO9001, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 or GMP is a plus.
